About Us

Premier Property Management (PPM) was founded on the idea that if we build a community and create satisfied renters at our apartment properties, we are able to attract and retain the best tenants. Our commitment to our residents begins with finding talented property managers and training them to be second to none in the business.

Our goal is to provide our residents with unmatched service and unwavering hospitality. Central to this goal is our proprietary service programs, Personal Touch assistance and Gold Star maintenance.

Our team is professional, warm and courteous to our guest's everyday needs. We strive to do what we can to let our residents understand that they are our priority.

With over 100 employees in Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri, North Carolina, Georgia, Florida and Louisiana, managing nearly 4000 units, we continue to strive for excellence. The standards, quality and safety we emphasize are essential to our focus as a company: our residents.

Carol El-Hageibrahim
Regional Property Supervisor

Carol, Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), joined Premier Property Management in December 1995. She has over 20 years of experience in all facets of property management. Carol currently serves as a Regional Property Supervisor in the Dallas Fort Worth area.

In her current role, Carol is responsible for the supervision of property operations, training and staff development. Her knowledge of the market, demographics and turnaround experience has allowed her to successfully bring distressed properties up to their revenue and occupancy potential with increased NOI. Carol is more than a Regional Supervisor; she takes a genuine interest in her employees as well as her residents at the site level. She has proven herself to be a exceptional "people person" and continues to enjoy "hands on" marketing and leasing of the properties she is responsible for. Her work ethic and overall spirit are a lifestyle, not just a job.

Donna Stevens
Regional Property Supervisor

Donna joined the Premier Property Management team back in 2002. She currently oversees the Southwestern part of our portfolio with properties across Texas, Louisiana and Oklahoma, totaling 3,000 bed spaces. She has 33+ years of property management experience in Conventional and Student Living. Donna maintains her industry knowledge by being an active member in multiple state associations as well as in the National Apartment Association. As a proud Oklahoma resident, Donna and her husband of 44 years have raised 3 wonderful children and have 4 grand babies whom they love dearly.

Bryant Steinhilber
Corporate Maintenance Director

Bryant joined Premier Property Management in October 1999. He has over 20 years of industry experience, beginning in commercial construction and stemming out into various fields that built a vast repertoire, not limited to: Major Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical , Carpentry, Roofing, Supervision and Contract Negotiation. Bryant serves as Corporate Maintenance Director in the Dallas Fort Worth area and beyond.

Prior to beginning his career in this industry, Bryant is a proud veteran and holds himself to the upmost professionalism and standards.

Jen Allen
Regional Property Supervisor

Jen joined the Premier Property Management team in August 2015. She currently oversees the southeastern part of our portfolio with properties across North Carolina, Georgia, Mississippi & Florida. She has 15+ years of property management experience and specializes in all facets of Student Living. Jen maintains her industry knowledge by serving as a Board Member of the Capital City Apartment Association as well as being an active member of multiple state associations in addition to the National Apartment Association. As a proud alumnus of The Florida State University, Jen and her family are based in Tallahassee, FL where they enjoy warmer weather and cheering on the Seminoles.

Tracy Jones
HR Manager

Tracy celebrated her 5th anniversary in September 2016 with Premier Property Management. She came to the company with 10+ years in the Multi Housing Industry that included working her way up from Assistant Manager to Property Manager and now using her expertise in Corporate. She is currently utilizing her skills, experience, and education in Office and Human Resources Administration for the company with hopes of becoming more instrumental. Tracy is a vibrant asset to the Premier team and wishes to continue to grow for many years to come.
