We strive to provide the best experience for our resident-neighbors. We take our role as a housing provider seriously and strive to deliver excellence so our neighbors can feel at home when they are at home.

Premier Cares - Inspired service program utilized by the property management team to increase resident satisfaction, create a sense of community and ultimately retain tenants. We do this by making sure that each resident has personal contact with our staff at least once every 60 days via various touch point opportunities.

Award Winning Service Maintenance - Our Service Program is a unique maintenance program that we use in our property management division to ensure that our residents receive timely, professional and personal maintenance service. It requires that all maintenance requests be responded to within 24-hours and when work is complete, the technician leaves a satisfaction Card (which the resident can drop off at the leasing office), a completed work-order and a treat. The office staff then follows up with the resident within 24 hours.

Community Neighbor Programing - Numerous Community Activities are held each month, allowing everyone to get to know their neighbors and letting us show our appreciation for our wonderful residents. Enjoy spending time at our Pool and taking advantage of our other Amenities we offer at our properties.
